High
accuracy, servo-controlled rotary tables pose unique control challenges,
which are not readily met by commercial CNC and motion controllers. Our
ELTRON DN4/e controllers are made for rotary tables, especially those
with Inductosyn position feedback. These controls provide high accuracy,
acceleration, velocity and position control, and they feature fully
digital servo compensation. A standard serial interface port (RS-232),
or optional IEEE-488, provides communications to a host system. A series
of easy to use codes (similar to macros) facilitate remote operation.
We
also design and build specialty controls for other applications,
including custom OEM applications. The entry-level, ITI-1000, is an easy
to use bang-bang controller which can switch up to 10-amps, on each of
(6) circuits. ITI controllers are packaged modules complete with power
supplies. They are easily interfaced with the serial port of any
computer, and can be used in hobby and home applications, as well as for
commercial and industrial purposes.
